For Pompeii Surgical, we developed the frontend and backend across a set of connected portals and internal tools. The work supports a digital experience for patients alongside the teams responsible for people operations and travel coordination.
The scope included AI integration for the patient, HR, and travel portals, plus internal tools built with Python and Rust. The result is a collection of purpose-built systems shaped around the needs of each part of the operation rather than a single generic dashboard.
